Career 1970 - 1978 . 109 Wins 50 Losses .686 Winning percentage . 3.11 ERA . Gullet was a winner plain and simple until his shoulder gave up on him in 1978 . Was on 4 World Series winning teams 1975 and 1976 Reds then after signing with Yankees the 1977 and 1978 Yankees . Was long time coach for Cincinnatti Reds after his playing career ended . Since 1975 topps is one of my favorite sets choosing his card from that set to headline the posting on him was easy .

MLB Pitcher from 1987 - 2000 . Career stats 146 Wins 140 Losses 4.16 ERA 18 Shutouts ( League Leading 8 in 1989) 1519 K's was 3rd in 1988 NLROY Voting behind Chris Sabo (Winner) and Mark Grace . He was named The Sporting News rookie pitcher of the year in 1988 . Was top 10 in 1989 NLCYA voting as well . Pictured are 2 of my favorite Belcher cards first is 1985 Topps #1 Draft Pick #281 (Minnesota picked him #1 overall in 1983 but he didn't sign then Yankees drafted him in January 1984 supplemental draft and signed him but Oakland Athletics drafted him from Yankees as compensation for Baltimore signing Tom Underwood ) so you got a card listed as a Minnesota Twin and the player in an Oakland A's Jersey . Also is 1989 Topps #456 with the Iconic Topps rookie cup that denotes players on the Topps All Rookie Team (In this case for 1988)
